Meetings

We hold a General Meeting on the last Monday of each month at the Portland RSL Bowling Club. Meetings commence at 7.30pm.

Meetings are an opportunity to:

  • socialise with other members.
  • have paper work signed.
  • keep up to date with club runs and events in the district.

Meeting minutes are emailed to members and can be found electronically on our website. Attendance at meetings is recorded.

Communications

We are a paperless club relying on electronic communication with our members where possible. We use the following communications:

We rely on members having their details such as email and phone number up to date. This can be done at meetings or by contacting our membership officer as listed in club contacts.

Club Runs

We hold a variety of events/drives as an opportunity to get our vehicles out and about. These are called ‘Club Runs’. We aim to have a calendar of events that allow you to become an active member within the club.

Details of Club Runs are available on the 4 communication methods mentioned above. If you have a suggestion for a run please contact our Run Captain as listed below in club contacts.

There are a variety of Club Runs including:

  • Local short runs, with perhaps a coffee and cake a local café.
